Payment Processing and Security Helcim follows the PCI-DSS Level 1 data security standard — the highest level of payment protection required by major credit card brands (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.). These standards are designed to prevent unauthorized access, fraud, and theft of sensitive payment information. Pre-Authorized Debits (PADs): Cancelling a PAD agreement does not cancel your service contract or relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations. If you cancel a PAD, you are responsible for arranging an alternative payment method for any amounts due. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability AIR Radon Protection Inc. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability incurred as a result of actions, errors, or negligence by third-party service providers. We are also not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from or related to our services, except where prohibited by law. If AIR Radon Protection Inc. is found liable for any claim, the total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. Disputes must be submitted within six (6) months from the date of service or agreement. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, mediation may be initiated before pursuing legal remedies. Products, Services, and Pricing Certain services or product purchases may involve recurring payments, renewals, or future obligations with client consent. AIR Radon Protection Inc. reserves the right to: Adjust pricing or correct errors on the website or in person prior to completing a transaction; Cancel or modify services in accordance with applicable law; Deny or approve any service changes, provided that all services rendered are paid in full. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once transferred to a carrier. Products are for personal use only unless otherwise specified in writing. Resale, export, or transfer of services is prohibited without prior written agreement. Payment Authorization and Third-Party Billing We use Helcim and other secure payment processors linked through our website’s payment portal. By completing a payment through our website or digital invoice, you authorize the applicable processor to charge your selected payment method under their terms and conditions.
